Social Data Deletion
Request removal of Social data and understand the separate controls for Facebook posts and access.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Followell LLC operates Followell Social at social.followell.co. These instructions cover information stored by Social. Read our Privacy Policy for the information we process and how it is used and shared.
Request deletion of Social data
Email hello@followell.co with the subject “Followell Social data deletion.” Include:
- Your Social login identifier or the name you use in Social.
- The Facebook Page name and Page ID or Page URL, if relevant.
- Whether you want your Social account and associated data removed, a Facebook connection removed, or particular photos, drafts, or publishing records removed. Include draft or post identifiers if you have them.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, invitation codes, or copies of identity documents. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the affected account or Page before acting. You can also use this address if you cannot sign in or do not know an identifier.
How requests are handled
Requests are handled manually by Followell. We identify the affected account, connection, uploads, drafts, and publishing records, and assess what must be removed. We will respond about the request’s status, any verification needed, and the result or remaining limitations. There is no self-service account-erasure button or automated deletion callback.
The existing operator tools can disable an account and revoke its sessions and assistant access, and can remove eligible expired uploads and draft photos and captions. Disabling or revoking access does not erase all account or connection records. Payload cleanup retains identifiers, content hashes, request records, and publishing receipts, and skips uncertain or unverified publishing attempts. Full service-data deletion therefore needs individual operator handling beyond those tools. We will explain any information that must be retained, the reason, and any limits involving backups or other copies. We do not promise a fixed completion deadline or automatic deletion. Any rights available under applicable law still apply.
Posts already published on Facebook
Deleting a Social draft, account, connection, or receipt does not remove a photo or post already published on Facebook. A person with the appropriate Page access must manage or delete that content using Facebook’s Page post-management controls. Include the Facebook post or photo link in your email if you need help identifying content published through Social. Facebook and copies held by other people are outside Social’s storage and are subject to Meta’s policies and controls.
Revoke permissions or stop assistant access
To revoke Meta access, use Facebook’s settings for connected apps or business integrations, locate Followell Social, and remove its authorization. The controls available depend on your Facebook account and Page access. You can also ask hello@followell.co for help removing the connection from Social. This is separate from deleting records already stored by Social and from removing existing Facebook posts.
To stop an assistant from using Social, disconnect Followell Social in that assistant’s connector settings or ask us to revoke its Social access. This does not by itself revoke the Facebook connection or erase stored records. The assistant provider may retain its own conversation or attachment copies; use that provider’s controls for those copies.
