This policy describes how Followell LLC (Followell, we, or us) handles information on followell.co and in Followell Social at social.followell.co.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

Followell may collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information to provide customer support, coordinate appointments, deliver service updates, and respond to customer-requested follow-ups. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We also process IP addresses to limit spam and abuse. Our hosting infrastructure may record routine technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and request times, to operate and protect the site.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, maintain our correspondence, and protect the site. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Contact submissions are saved on our server and may be forwarded through service providers that help us receive notifications and manage correspondence. Hosting and communication providers may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights or prevent abuse.

Followell Social

Followell Social lets invited users connect an authorized assistant to the configured Followell Facebook Page, prepare a photo and caption, review the exact content, and publish after approval. Connecting an account does not itself publish a post.

Information Social processes

• Account names and login identifiers, password hashes, invitations, access permissions, sessions, and assistant connection records.
• Facebook user and Page identifiers, Page names, granted permissions and Page tasks, authorization credentials (access tokens), and expiry and permission-check information. We use these to establish the connection and check that the requested Page action is allowed. Social does not collect your Facebook password.
• Submitted photos, captions, source attachment references, destinations, drafts, and approval records. Photos may contain embedded metadata. We use these to retrieve and preview the selected content and carry out approved publishing.
• Publishing receipts, including post and media identifiers, Facebook links, verification results, timestamps, and content hashes and request identifiers used to prevent duplicate posts and reconcile uncertain publishing attempts.
• Technical and security information needed to operate the service and limit abuse, including request information and permission-check diagnostics.

How Social uses and shares information

We use Social information to authenticate invited users, check account and Page access, prepare previews, publish approved content, return results, prevent duplicate publishing, and protect the service.

Meta receives information needed for Facebook authorization, access checks, and publishing. Published photos and captions are shared on Facebook with the Page’s audience. The assistant or MCP client you authorize receives draft previews and operation results, which can include photos, captions, destinations, and publishing receipts. Meta and your assistant provider handle information under their own policies. Facebook authorization credentials are stored encrypted on the server and are not returned to the assistant. Authorized operators and hosting providers may access information as needed to operate and protect Social. The disclosures above about legal requests also apply to Social.

Social retention and deletion

Social has no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Automatic payload cleanup is currently disabled. Session, authorization, upload, and draft expiry can limit use without erasing stored records. Accounts, connection credentials, photos, captions, drafts, approval records, and publishing records can remain until operator action.

The available operator cleanup removes eligible expired uploads and eligible draft photos and captions. It retains identifiers, content hashes, request records, and publishing receipts to prevent duplicates; it skips uncertain or unverified publishing records. Account disablement and access revocation stop access but do not erase all stored data. These tools are not a complete account-erasure process.

To request deletion of Social data, email hello@followell.co. Requests require manual handling. We verify the account or Page involved, identify the relevant records, and determine the removal needed beyond the existing cleanup tools. We will explain any information that must remain, why it remains, and any limits involving backups or other retained copies. We do not promise an automatic purge or a fixed completion deadline.

See the Social data-deletion instructions for what to include and for the separate steps concerning Facebook posts and permission revocation. Deleting Social data does not automatically delete posts already published on Facebook, and removing Facebook permissions does not itself erase Social’s stored records.

Cookies and tracking

The public website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Social uses essential cookies and server-side sessions for sign-in, authorization, and protecting forms. Signing out ends the current session; it does not delete account or publishing records.

Storage and security

We retain inquiries and related correspondence as needed to respond, follow up on potential work, and maintain business records or meet legal obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule for contact submissions. You can ask us to delete your information using the address below.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit the contact form. To ask about information you have sent us, request a copy or correction, or request deletion, email hello@followell.co. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required by law or needed for legitimate business records. Any additional rights available under applicable law still apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page.
