A notification announced a new message. The open conversation showed nothing. The clue was right there on the screen.
We removed forty repeated style checks from a website header. That was a useful cleanup. Whether anyone would feel a speed difference was another question.
A website can save your inquiry and still fail to notify the people behind it. We built our contact form to keep those two outcomes separate.
Change a heading in one tab and an introduction in another. Both edits should survive. Our site editor needed to understand which parts had actually changed.
Taking a second call worked. Going back to the first left everyone waiting. Each phone had a different idea of what was supposed to happen next.
The phone held messages going back to July. Scrolling stopped in August. We didn’t need more storage; we needed a way to reach what was already there.
A saved message and the job that announces it need to stay together. Keeping them in one database spared us another handoff to manage.
